RecommendedSoncy is my absolute favorite Amber is a great manager I love this one because she keeps up with the beds I never see a bulb out and the girls Ashlee Hannah Katie are the sweetest. Love these ladies!
RecommendedLove this place,, and usually don’t complain ….but today I had to wait because employees were using the diamond beds, SOOO unacceptable to me. As I watch the employee come in and put her stuff behind the counter I assume she was going to help me ( as the other employee was with a customer for a very long time ) but no she just walked into the diamond bed that was available for her own personal use leaving me to wait until she is done. Again totally unacceptable

Every time my daughter and I go in there is a different person at the counter and each one has given us different information. On Saturday I told the receptionist that I had gotten burned on Thursday. She didn't seem concerned and put me in a different room. Tonight I was told that I should not be tanning if I am burned. I do not recommend after my experience. I went in to the Sawmill Rd. location today and spoke with a very nice associate initially.. I explained that I was only looking to do a single use today and buy a package next time with the information I gathered and trying the bed. There was another worker there who then took over with a very aggressive approach and I immediately felt belittled for not buying a package on the spot.
