The place is always nice and clean, but the problem is their policies are awful. We were told we can cancel anytime, or we could put a freeze on it. I went there to cancel or freeze payment on Sept 24th 2022. We were going on vacation on thr 26th of Sept. So I ask to cancel after this month. I was told I had to cancel that same day. The girls are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is immaculate. I checked out many other vendors and Palm Beach is by far the BEST!!
