Tanning was ok but once I cancelled my membership, I had to call multiple times to get the charges stopped and refunded. Bad customer service.
Love this salon!!! All the associates have been extremely helpful in explaining promotions, how all the equipment works and just making sure that I was a happy customer. I came on a free trial and right away upgraded to a package. Again, super happy with this salon and the cleanliness and overall atmosphere.
I went to Palm Beach after being referred from a friend and after getting a membership I ended up finding out I was pregnant so no longer wanted a membership went to cancel it and they denied me to be able to cancel my membership since one month apparently never went through on my card but there were enough funds in there for it when I checked my account. They tried to say I had to pay for that one month plus late fees and whatever else but REFUSED me to cancel my membership. Now I'm dealing with the bank and everything else... read more
Knowledgeable ladies and a very clean place to enjoy your tan. Also so many different beds to make your tan and health better!:)
I really enjoy tanning at PBT....the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products...keep up the excellent job :)
