Literally the worst customer service I have ever had. If I could give a lower star rating - I would. I would NEVER tan here. EVER.
I waited in line while the person at the front asked a thousand questions and the girl working answered them never acknowledging the building line to the door-No concept of customer service. I left and won't be back!
Pretty disgusted with this place. My wife wanted to try it one time since she is from out of town. They said it would be better to buy a month worth of service so she agreed. She asked the employee multiple times if there would be ANY additional charges, but was assured that she could tan throughout the month without any additional charges and that would be the end of it. Terrible customer service. The beds are good but they have so few that it is impossible to get in without a looooong wait. Suntana has many more options!
Free deodorant and cotton swabs after tanning. Can't beat it.
