I had a membership at Palm Beach Tan, in Fargo ND. I moved to Fort Myers, FL in February of this year. I was told over the phone that my membership would be canceled and that i would not be billed. Since then, I have acquired $329 in bills over the months from Palm Beach Tan from a membership that was supposedly cancelled in February! I made several calls trying to cancel my membership, have been promised refunds without seeing any refund to my account, and have been largely ignored. RecommendedI love the spray tans here! The additives are a great way to give your spray the perfect hue! They also have robes you can wear going from tanning bed to mystic without having to go through the hassle of putting on to immediately taking off your clothes. But the best thing about Palm Beach is their friendly and knowledgeable team members!
I have a very busy work life and sometimes it’s hard to get in and use my account enough, the staff has been nothing but wonderful in helping me figure out ways to optimize my plan and get great results! Highly, Highly, highly recommend!

Rude and unfair billing practice.. try to question what and why they hang up on you and before that talk in circles
Customer Service is terrible. I would not recommend this place at all! I had an issue with billing and was not getting the answers I needed from the manager. I asked the manager if I could talk to her manager and she said no and would not give me any information on how to contact someone above her.
Management is beyond rude. I called to complain about a ridiculous wait to sign up for a package, there was a lobby full of people and one young girl working with some very upset customers. and the store manager informed me there were other salons in town. Believe me I took my business and anyone else I can encourage to go to any other salon where potential customers are wanted and the business is run effectively. This place is seriously a joke.
Every time I go in I tried to get sold on something even if I say I have everything I want. I was told if I do the freeze and save I get $5 tan dollars every month. I did that and wanted to start up again and I couldn’t get a lower membership so I ended up canceling. They said I couldn’t tan until a month later and wouldn’t let me use my tan dollars I had accumulated through the months I was on.
