Ask for CeCe! She has loads of information. All accurate (because I researched all the information before I purchased my membership)! Her recommendation for the tanning lotion was spot on as well for my needs. And on my second visit she even remembered my name! Talk about fantastic customer service. Very impressed!
Keely made unfreezing my account a breeze and even though I’ve done it numerous times- she was detailed in every step of the process. She even found a lotion to meet my specific requests and needs based on my skin type! She was very kind and both girls working have bubbly personalities. While using the Mystic Spray Tan Booth (#4), water dripped from the roof and ruined my entire tan...streaks were down my legs & stomach. After letting the woman at the front know what had happened, she called her manager. (By the way, she was the only person working.) Manager said they would refund my payment, however that has not happened. My bridal shower was the next morning and I had to change my entire outfit because of the terrible streaks on me. The Staff is Amazing and super helpful! The manager Jordan definitely knows hers stuff on how to get and maintain the perfect tan! The place is ALWAYS so clean which is a ++
