Don’t do business with them. They can’t even give you information beyond an email for a complaint other than the little girl who calls about the complaint. When you cancel and do exactly what the girl tells you to do but they don’t cancel and you find out you’ve been charged for a year. The response is “sorry there is nothing we can do”

I recently purchased a membership for tanning at PBT. I was up sold on the options of specialty beds, unlimited spray tans, and an awesome rewards program that sends you a perk every month for being a member. I received my first perk via email yesterday. It was a free week of tanning for a friend. The free week was to consist of a tan in each bed at every level and a spray tan. Very sweet ladies upfront and very helpful
Staff at PBT on University in Lubbock are friendly, professional, go above and beyond in customer service. Everything is clean and well maintained. Destanie rocks and all of the other girls! Somewhat spectacle as a man tanning! But need to get color for our schedule cruise coming up in a month. The staff made me feel welcome and encouraged the tanning process! Very Very Good Job!!!!
