I signed up yesterday and tanned for the first time today....I have never tanned in a salon before this so have nothing to compare to but they came highly recommended and I'm going to the beach soooo.....!! The staff was super friendly and patient with me and all of my questions, I can't wait to go back and I'm "worried" I'll want to keep going even after my trip....���

Awesome the girls are so helpful and friendly and it seems like I get to know them on a 1 on 1 bases
It was all good until they charged our credit card the full amount after we froze the account. We froze it in mid July and checked the next day and confirmed it. In August, we were charged the full amount. Neither of the first two employees had us sign a form, so they didn't actually freeze our account until we went in after we had been charged. We were told they would credit is back, because it was their mistake. The refund never showed up on our credit card. They have ignored our repeated requests and the district manager ... read more
