I was overcharged, lied to and tricked into a contract without my consent or knowledge.. I cannot help but wonder if this location has also tricked other people the way the tricked me.?!I do not recommend this location!
RecommendedSoncy is my absolute favorite Amber is a great manager I love this one because she keeps up with the beds I never see a bulb out and the girls Ashlee Hannah Katie are the sweetest. Love these ladies!

always have an enjoyable experience. I always go to the 45th & Coulter location. It was good to see that location upgraded two of the beds. It would be nice to have more options on the Diamond level. For the price difference its not worth it only having one diamond bed. That bed is very out of date as well. That bed has been around well over 10 years. I can't say enough about Abby!! She is one of the best associates I have ever ran across. Palm Beach is very lucky to have her on board.
I've been a long time customer and have always been impressed by the great customer service of the ladies working the front desk. That experience changed when the manager Michael Sedillo was asked for help by an employee. She was very helpful and courteous....how ever the manager, Michael was the most disrespectful, insulting service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Hopefully this guy isn't a reflection of what is to come for that store!
