no that hot... Tanning Bay was like visting a used car lot. They try to sell you something you dont want. EVERY TIME i went there they would pull out there sharpie and start with the pitch well let me tell you what i can do for you. I know they are in the sales business but every time you have to ask me!! I do love the 30dollar tan for 30days and at least everyone was pleasant most of the time.
Friendly staff Great beds, friendly staff, clean environment and in the two years I have been going there I have only had to wait for a bed once. They are only walk ins they don't take apts, but have enough beds that you will almost never wait. The prices are competitive to others in the area. Like all places you will need to convince them to give you a better "deal", they don't just offer, just like buying a car. Jane Just tried out Palm Beach Tan for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Great deals on unlimited tanning and I can cancel at anytime? Verizon made me pay $300 to get out of my "contract" STUPID! The staff was great and told me how to get the best tan and actually made be a schedule. Great! Try it!
Be careful of reviews done by other tanning salons! It seems obvious that salons around the area are writing negative reviews on Tanning Bay/ PBT or any salon for that matter. Is it just me or is it funny that at the end of the reviews they all say they tan at Desert Tan? Hum, I wonder why? They either work there or own it! Please decide for yourself where you tan, not because of negative comments left by other tanning salons!
why go there With the recent closure of Tan Down Under due to lack of knowledge of how to run a salon..lol...I tried to figure this corporate salon out..wow so over priced and pushy...there are many other little family owned salons that treat you with respect and dont push you into buying their over priced packages. It was great to find a place like Electric Beach where the owners worked a great deal with me. Don't go to Tanning Bay When I went to buy a package the people there were so rude and pushy. I mean really? Its just a tanning package. They acted like car sales men. Not to mention that Neal was trying to get me to buy other tanning beds that i didn't want, just so he could make money off me. They make you feel like your below them, and that your not good enough to tan there. I will never go back there ever. I now tan at Desert Sun Tanning Salon.
Bad service I hate palm beach tan!!!They do not tell u when u purchase the package that u only have two months to use it!!!!!!!Which is ridiculouse i have worked at several tanning salons and they have no limit!Or one year limit two months is inconsiderate and unprofessional i would recomend tan republic or tan inc. over these a**holes

Great tanning results I love the girls, that work there and I love the tan I get! after reading all the other reviews it just goes to show everyone feels different! I recommend trying it for your self before you make a judgment! I love the Orchards location because It is new and very clean. But I love that I can use any location. I can freeze my account whenever and I can cancel it whenever. I don't feel like they are too pushy but That may just be me!
