I was trying to rent an apartment out , I must say this is the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with so far .. Mickey Mansfield is a disgusting human being. Mickey is like a cancer to an association. She will lie, manipulate and con her way into distroying a quiet community as she did ours once she controls the Association. Ever since Mickey came on board our association has done nothing but fight. She's literally turned friendly neighbors against each other. Mickey has made being in our association and absolutely miserable experience. I would strongly suggest against even considering letting this monster represent your Association.
Lakes of Woodland:. Palm Beack Management Company needs to have their records reviewed by the county. They are getting away with what we believe to ve illegal activity. They are ALLOWING 25pct of the owners to avoid paying dues. We have it in writing that they will not put lines on the non dues payers causing us 75pct od dues payers much more in quarterly dues. Is the new roof up to FL code? We have reason to believe it is not. They have promised us in writing a copy of the new roof warranty. Now they cannot locate it. They ... read more
