Very weak. We went for my son's post surgical rehab based on mostly good reviews. The West Boca staff is friendly and mostly 20 somethings, but not very professional - they giggle and chat with each other as if the job is a distraction from the conversation. Rarely on time and the one hour sessions are really about 40 minutes. The first session they did very little and underwhelmed but stayed for a few more to give a chance to improve. I have been Jackie Burton’s patient for over a year. After my back surgery I had double foot drop. Wore braces. Through Jackie’s hard work work and skills I have no longer were my braces. Can walk again and wear regular shoes. I owe her a lot. And continue going to her. Marilyn Barrocad

I've been Jackie Burton's patient for several months as an alternative to surgery for a torn Rotator Cuff. I've made wonderful progress regaining use of my left arm. Jackie is professional and knowledgeable and makes me fell very well taken care of. She's friendly and encouraging. I have been a patient here on and off for years since I refuse to grow old gracefully. I see Stephanie Fried for vestibular therapy for vertigo, which she has managed to control🙏🏻 Also various shoulder and neck traumas. I feel safe there because she sees me in a private room and always wears mask shield and gloves. Scheduling team is very courteous and accommodating to my crazy work schedule.
