Terrible experience and I didn’t even get my words out. I spoke to Bruce to inquire about a home and wanted to know if you took people with HCV vouchers. He immediately said “ huh? No” The said that he doesn’t even know what I said but the answer is no. And Hung up in my face before I could say anything. I attempted to call back and was sent straight to voicemail. I have been using Bruce and PBM for many years. He is always there if I need anything. I would recommend him if you need someone to keep an eye on your home.
Mr. Feigenbaum and PBM are professionals with your needs clearly central in their mind. We built a home in Valencia Sound while we lived in Virginia. PBM checked on the build two to three times weekly, Coordinated with the builder, took weekly photos and did walk through a on the site to assure a quality build. GL Homes did a great job but having someone there that to monitor the process and send us weekly photos was such a relief!
