they are great to work with
Asked sales associate for additional photos and a walk around video which he agreed to provide. I never received the anything. I called the dealership to follow-up but received voicemail. The sales associate follow-up the next day to tell me the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Very unprofessional.
I requested information before driving over an hour to look at a car. All they cared about was just getting me into their dealership. I was told the generic information that they tell you at any dealership but the sales rep didn’t go above and beyond to ensure top customer service and was not helpful at all therefore leading me to go to a local dealership in Broward county and finding my dream car.

Terrible service, unethical business practice. Tried to buy this Lotus Evora from them with my own financing. I was in the process of signing paperwork with my bank and then they try to tell me the car is sold but yet here it is for sale still.
