I was in ED yesterday for severe back pain ( I believe I slipped a disc)This has happened to me once before where I had to go to ED, it usually consisted of IV pain medication then discharge to home. This is what occured yesterday, however after "paying' my ER fee they basically told me to go home after 30 minutes! I could hardly walk and was still in pain ,yet they needed that bed and basically RUSHED me out the door. This is not my hospital of choice anymore.😡
RecommendedI went to this ER with severe abdominal pain. I eventually was admitted and seen by a GI Dr. A colonoscopy showed a complete blockage and a large mass. I was immediately prepped for surgery and had a colectomy. The mass was staged as a 2a of which I am very fortunate. All of this happened within 3 days time. I spent a total of 9 days in this hospital. Throughout all that time I was treated with respect and empathy. The worst I'd elaborate more but during this time I'm not allowed to horrible place don't bring your kids there don't bring your family members there don't allow your insurance to be charged there these are money hungry evil greedy people that false diagnose don't do their job and are the lemons of the medical community
Another less than stellar experience for a family member in this hospital system Last time it was me. As an RN who used to work for this company, sad to think it's our only choice in the area... But sure that is where we will have to go again one day Step up your patient care
Will never go there again. I went to the ER with an excruciating earache and left the ER with a dripping bloody ear. The attending PA punctured my ear with a device and left me deaf in my left ear. My ear was dripping with blood and they discharged me that way. My husband had to give me a Kleenex to catch the blood that was dripping from my ear. The care that I received was far less then acceptable. I still cannot hear from my left ear.
ER visit for my husband after skateboard accident. Pleasantly surprised. Short wait, great staff, nice facility. Addressed his pain issues quickly, then xrays. Fast AND caring!
