probably the worst service ever received in my life.
I’ve been here since 11:30am. Within the first hour had a breathing treatment and X-ray done. Apparently no one can find a radiologist or my doctor. Almost FOUR hours later still waiting for the result. My nurse said I can leave if I want because the wait is ridiculous. But I’d love to know what is on the X-ray?! Will never be here again.
The Haitian Nurse DAWN in the emergency room has the ABSOLUTE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER!! SHE FUSSED AT ME WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR AND WHEN THE DOCTOR CAME I ASKED HER TO LEAVE THE ROOM AND SHE TOLD ME SHE DOESNT HAVE TO AND SHE WILL STAND AT THE DOOR AND LISTEN. ISNT THAT AGAINST THE HIPPA POLICY? IS THIS THE TYPE OF NURSES THAT YOU GUYS HIRE TO DEAL WITH YOUR AILING PATIENTS OF YOUR COMMUNITY. Billing and insurance Fraud. they cant stay open much longer.
I recently was admitted to Palm Bay Hospital during my stay in the Cardiac Care unit. I can say that everyone I came in contact with from the ER staff to the Nurses, Doctors and staff in the Cardiac Care unit were great. I would like to thank you for care I received and would not hesitate recommending your facility.
I wouldn't let my mom's neighbor's cat be admitted to this SCAMMING, bullying, legal advance directive disregarding hole. Even their patient advocate is un-educated and just plain ignorant.
