not all that glitters is gold its a beautiful spot to live...until you find yourself waking up without air conditioning at three am and your apt is edging above 85 degrees. This happened to me (and my neighbors) many times. At least six times this spring and summer. Many of us spent the night in hotels. Requests from management? forget it. I was owned over 300 dollars in credits. I wrote to management to weeks and heard nothing back despite there claims that they are trying to get better at communication. Dont move in I moved into this apartment in December 2016. And finally decided to share my thoughts about this place: Let’s start with the fact that the loading dock is located very far from any apartment and moving services will cost you a lot as the walk is long and it will take much longer to move in. Consider that when checking the monthly cost of the apartment itself. I wouldn't move here There is not enough space for me to write all the cons. Parking pass never works, no hot water in the shower,constant construction, constant things breaking in building, People are allowed to smoke inside despite this being a "smoke free" building, leasing office never responds to emails or phone calls.
