Verified Renter Do not move here, the building may have been nice at one time but incompetent and inattentive management makes the experience of living here inconvenient and potentially dangerous because this building is doing less than other comparable buildings to serve residents needs for safety and hygienic surroundings the pandemic.

Verified Renter I agree with online criticisms and unless dramatic improvements are made, I would not recommend Pallas. I resent paying the extra monthly charge for water/gas/HVAC that seems too high for one person. Parking is expensive, especially in a grossly filthy garage.

Rodents and insects..... Believe the negative reviews that you are reading about the roach problem and management. You will have to commit to a year lease- trust me rodents and insects are not a problem you want to live with.
