I lived here recently for about five years, until the building mismanagement problems became too much for me to handle. In May 2018, the building had a flood coming from the rooftop pool that destroyed large swaths of the building. Unfortunately, the recovery was totally botched by both the condo board and also the management. Ideal location, truly in a center of the city. Good solid construction and nice neighbors. Beautiful roof garden and a 24 hr top notch concierge that make me feel safe and welcomed. This building had a change to an excellent management a few years ago and now getting a lovely renovation completed. A block from Red line and 10 min walk to silver/ orange and blue lines.
