RecommendedI enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. I believe I was there for about 6/7 yrs. Management and the office staff were always transparent and tried to be helpful in anyway they could. My only complaint is that the walls are super thin and allow for easy noise transfer. Other than that you get good space at a good price.
We have been here for two years and I love it. We are considering moving from our 3 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom townhouse. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance guys are super, amazing, and awesome! If we call they come with the most friendly, caring attitude and go above and beyond.

I lived in The Palisades for two years and had a great experience. Management changed a couple of times while I lived here but Glenn was there in management when I left in June. If I were to move back to Tuscaloosa ever, I would think of the Palisades as a place to reside. Much quieter complex than student living spaces, if that is what you're looking for. I have lived here almost 2 yrs now. I love it. I have a down stairs apt and some times hear my neighbor above walk up stairs but that is to be expected. All my neighbors are great! The office staff, Crystal and Susan, are wonderful. If you have an issue they do their best to take care of it. Just remember tho sometimes it may take alittle time since they have to go through the main office to get things approved. The only issue I have had is some residences not picking up their pets poop.
