Not a good choice. Upon initial appearance, this place looks decent. But I was fooled. I moved out of the Palisades last March, ending what I feel was a completely draining, stressful experience. I now live in Metro 112, in downtown Bellevue. It's a brand new apartment, super nice, super secure, super quiet, with my own washer and dryer...and it costs exactly the same, if you account for the fact that although the rent is a little bit higher, the electricity bill is about $150 lower! cheap rent yet you get what you paid The rent is very cheap! I rented a 1-bdr and the price is about 620, which is the lowest price I can find around this area. Usually a one bedroom cost you about 800. Yet I had to consistently ignore the miscolored carpet. Every fice or six days I can find police cars inside the community.
