Location was excellent. Hotel is old and worn out needs a lot of work. Room feels very cramped especially the bathroom! No shelf space no closet
We’re currently staying here while work is being done on our home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice. We have been here for 10 days and will probably be here another 2-3 weeks. This hotel is SO cute; beautifully decorated, such a vibe, and in a PRIME location. I genuinely wish my home looked like this! Our room is amazing, super comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed at Palihotel Melrose for three nights and had a mixed experience. Positives: it’s a super cute boutique hotel with a great aesthetic and the staff was genuinely kind and responsive. I loved that you could text them to open the garage or adjust the thermostat — that level of convenience was a nice touch and felt very modern. Negatives: Housekeeping never came during our three nights and we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic items like toilet paper. We also found a daddy long leg spider in the bathroom.
