This is going too be a different review based on eating there YEARS ago. My family lived on 62nd and Lawndale back in the 70s and we moved out of state, we absolutely loved your pizza, reading the reviews it's nice to know things haven't changed!
Great find! Don't expect flashy or modern. This is a old family pizzeria, and it's surviving on excellent food and a family that obviously loves what they do. You'll feel like part of the family as soon as you're seated. And the pizza is EXCELLENT!!!
My husband and I have been loyal customers for years... but today was the last straw... my husband called for a delivery today, which we always do...then Frank calls him back a few minutes later and cancelled our order because they don’t have anyone delivering out by us until after 4pm.(we placed our order a little after 12:30). And this was not the first time he has done this. Sorry but you just lost loyal customers...
Been going to Palermo’s since the 1980s when I lived in 65 and California, although moved out 20 years ago and now live In Lyons still go to Palermo’s every now and then, there is no pizza 🍕 around that matches to Palermo’s Pizza it’s one of a kind with it different taste that you can find at no other place, the service is so great there and the owner and staff treat you like family and it such a great atmosphere eating in there.I recommend anyone who has never had a Palermo’s Pizza 🍕 to go try their pizza ,it has a taste ... read more
