Yummmmm the best in Chicago alwaysssssssssssss fast and delious. .....
Doesn't get better than Palermo's on 63rd. Don't be fooled by the knock off grocery store stuff. It's all in the sauce ... and the crust ... and the sausage!
To simplify an opinion about Palermos of 63, the food superb and well roots in family tradition. The pizza of choice is exquisite and the sweet sauce divine. Full meals bountiful in preparation and taste. Unpretentious in its decor, but who cares when one is served as a member of the family. Dining at Palermos for 40 years and returning, I give it four stars from a rating table of four.. Bravo, Palermo's of 63.
Growing up on 62nd Street, Palermo's has been a staple to the neighborhood. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there so it's always fun to return with our children for the best pizza in Illinois. We visit the old house & church, telling stories while enjoying pizza with the best sauce. While the owner, Frank, stops by our table to make sure we are all okay.. With a "God Bless" Frank heads to the next guest to check in. A great night with fantastic food.
Haven't been here in 20 years. Still the same old place. Love it! Pizza is still awesome as well!
Nothing better then the thin crust pizza with the sauce that no other place has. Best on the south side for the last 30 years. Real Italian pizza is Palermos.
