I absolutely love Palermo's Pizza of 63rd! They have great pizza and the people who work there are so pleasant and nice! What more can you ask for?
We grew up with Palermos and no one compares to it. Not anyone, anywhere! Think nothing of driving seventy miles round trip for it!
I feel like Palermos has been like part of the family because we've enjoyed many Hubbard choir celebrations there with Mrs. Sharon Quattrin-Campagna and then with my family as well. Great environment, great staff! Mr. Palermo is a sweetheart too! Very kind and generous man!
Palermos the best south Chicago's pizza place ... Awesom recipe from cicilian family
Ordered $50.00 in food. We were told an hour and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get it AND it was cold!!! Called to complained and they only offered a $3.00 credit!!! Seriously... What a joke!
The very best pizza ever. I started going to Chicago's Palermo's pizza, since it was a small little storefront on 63rd Street near Western Avenue in the 1960's. Don't get this pizza place mixed up with the Palermo's in Oaklawn- crust is not nearly as good as the original Palermo's on 63rd Street. They have different owners and a different recipe. I wish it was the same. I'd be ordering from there, but as it is not the same, so I don't. 63rd remains the best.
This is by far the Best old school Italian restaurants in the world I have shared there pizza with people from around the country and the reaction is always the same OMG that's good pizza were are they at so I can get more,I will never forget thus couple from Tennessee I gave them Two pieces from my lunch and they were,so impressed with the pizza that they stayed an extra day just so they could go there and get some frozen pies from home the guy said and I quote this is a food orgasem
Excellent food. The owner takes the time to stop by and chat when he is able. very comfortable atmosphere. i wish this place was in Baltimore where i would patronize it frequently!
