Elaine is a total professional and worked with me ‘remotely’ on my ‘destination 60th’ party planned for my husband!! I sent her pictures and ideas of the cake I wanted, and she created a delicious and awesome looking Gatsby Tuxedo cake for our event!! I arrived a day before the event and she had the cake all set!! White cake, cannoli Cream, chocolate fondant in an outstanding Tuxedo style design!! No risk! No hassles! Thanks so much Elaine for making it happen!!
