I am very disappointed at the customer service I got at their Fair Lawn location. I went in on a weekday morning last week before work to get breakfast for my office. The girl who said she is a manager was very rude. I didn't get a "hello", I got one word answers from her "no" "yes." It felt like I was bothering her. She took my money, didn't say "good-bye" and went on what looked like an Ipad. If you don't like your line of work, please find a new job. Very friendly and delicious food!
Bought cannolis for Christmas Eve, $2.50 each they were the worst we ever ate. They were stuffed & refrigerated NOT stuffed fresh horrible. Lost our business.
The team at Palermo's Bakery couldn't have been more accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Elaine was wonderful to work with and helped us bring our vision to life. She went above and beyond sharing tons of photos to make sure the cake looked – and tasted – perfect.
LOVE OUR WEDDING CAKE! It was exactly what we had envisioned, but better! Giovanna was so great to work with on creating the cake, especially because I can be super indecisive. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted AMAZING! The whole experience was great. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!
