I picked up my special order 150.00 Cake at Palermo’s in Little Ferry yesterday. A flavorless, incompetent customer service pile a “red velvet “look like dry flour concoction. The picture speaks for itself, hopefully they used my money for a great management Vacation; ‘Cause none were there yesterday! Nor today… Don’t waste your time and money @ this wannabe bakery will take your money quick but will not do the right thing!
We’re so disappointed and grossed out. We purchased a Mother’s Day cake this morning (the Cheesecake Delight) and just cut into it for an evening dessert and we found the chocolate covered strawberries to be spoiled and moldy... yes, moldy!! We’ve ordered this cake numerous times, it *was* our mom’s favorite. This isn’t the way they used to make it in the past. In the past, they used “fresh” berries on top of the cake. They did my wedding cake and have some of the best cake I have ever taste.
Palermo's was amazing! Our consultation was fun and informative. They added a beautiful golden leaf detail to our cake, which completed the look. It was also delicious and our guests raved about the cake!
5 Stars Ivonne and her team at Palermo’s Bakery were the absolute best. So patient and accommodating. Amazing cakes and super tasty. My son’s birthday was a huge success and Palermo’s cake was one of the reasons why! Thank you so much! We all loved the cake, especially my 6 year old.
