We used Palate Cuisine to cater our wedding on 5/31/25 and we could not be happier with them. The food was absolutely delicious, beautiful presentation, and the service was excellent. We received so many compliments from our guests. From the open bar, to signature drinks, appetizers, live pasta station, plated dinner, and late night snacks, the night could not have gone any better. Would highly recommend them for any future events.
You have to be very careful with them, at the tasting they show some dishes and at the wedding they bring something completely different, and they don't answer emails, they make such an important day turn into a nightmare!
