Palace was always a favorite, tonight ordered from Dartmouth, pizza was paper thin , bubbles throughout most slices , over cooked and not even sliced:( for close to $13 it was definitely not worth it at all , definitely has gone downhill
I ordered a tuna sub, onion rings, and curly fries at around 6:50 tonight. Didn’t receive my food until 7:55, even tho the guy on the phone said earlier than a half hour wait. Can’t complain about the tuna, that’s hard to fuck up. But how do you fuck up onion rings and curly fries? Soggy as fuck, half warm, half cold. No point in asking for a refund as the reviews are littered with piss poor service and no refunds. My curly fries were burnt and my pizza was a mess was falling apart couldn't even eat it
The grilled chicken salad... 1. Carrots should be thinly shredded or shaved. You can't stick a plastic fork into a hard chunk of carrot unless you want to break the plastic fork into your food. 2. Not enough chicken for the price. 3. Celery? Why? Save it for making chicken soup. 4. Olives... remove the pits, or better yet... just use sliced olives instead. 5. Don't use the thick white bottom of the stem. Nobody likes it!
Horrible! I ordered 4 subs and every single one was burnt! Like they knew when they were wrapping it they were burnt! How can you serve that to someone?! You charge so much I expect my food to be on point!
When my friend and me ordered calzones some lady was being really rude on the phone was writing down things really fast had my friends number wrong had the nerve to tell us we told her the wrong number and the driver tried calling us didn't even have the courtesy to get out of his car and knock on the door we had to wait outside for our delivery it was an hour late I do not recommend this place it's really unprofessional and you will get your food late
King's Highway location. Clean, affordable with good pizza. Fresh food. My son loves the onion rings. Friendly service.
I just ordered from the Allen St location and I have to say I am impressed. Great customer service on the phone, the food arrived quickly, the delivery woman was polite and the food was great. I have been in the area for a few days and this has been the best food by far. Thank you!
I stopped here with my family and was completely disgusted with the fact that none of the tables had been cleaned. The service was sub-par and full of childish laughter and unprofessional actions. The buffalo chicken tenders tasted like fried play-doh basted in fermented hot sauce. The pizza was far from crisp. The sides and bottom of the pizza were disgustingly dirty from unclean pans they used. I would never come here again. Disgusting in evey square inch of the place.
