I’d love to tell you how the pizza was except we never got it. Sat there waiting forever with a very hungry and restless two year old, right in front of them as we sat at the table in perfect eye’s view from the counter, and finally had to ask what the heck was going on. When my husband approached the counter, they asked us if we wanted a small to go box for the pizza we never got. Lol. I called today to place an order for 15 Wings, which on their menu on http://www.palacepizzaandmore.com/…/newpalacemenu-design_la… .. The associate refused to honor the menu online, claimed that they couldn't see the menu I was talking about and that he didn't believe the menu existed. Where on their website, scroll down about half way. A big block that says Menu, you click it. and the New Wing prices are listed there. I order wings and I didn’t get what I order so I canceled my whole order
Pick up customers word of advice check your food before you drive all the way home!!! 2nd time in a row ordered food only to come home and it made wrong!!! Now my order was read back to me correct and on my receipt was correct so it’s the people on the grill not paying attention to specific orders and messing things up... I go back to get new food and was rudely greeted and my food just tossed on the counter at me!!! Needless to say I’m not going back no matter how bad my cravings are for the subs
I don't know who has been making the pizza for the past few weeks,but, it has been spot on excellent! Hubby always gets a large double turkey sub and that is excellent! We get delivery a few times a week and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. I want to add that all employees I've dealt with have been super nice from answering phone to the delivery person!
amazing Chicken Ranchero salad!!
I ordered a calzone and the sauce wasnt hot so I asked nicely for them to reheat it....they said they couldn't do that because the plastic container would melt in the oven...they dont have a microwave to heat the sauce so I took my food home in a box so I could enjoy my food ....the place is an ice box..my nose is actually so cold to the touch....the food is good but it will be better at home
