Just got my food delivered and the palace steak calzone is absolutely incredible. As always, everything I ordered is perfect and delicious.
haven't been there in 5 yrs. because of other issues before. now I decided to give it a try tonight. I called because I knew they closed at 10 pm and at 938 pm Pizza and fries only . asked about a roast beef grinder . and the grill is closed. last time I checked they toast it . won't be giving them the chance again if open till 10 be open. Jimmy's pizza was.
Palace Pizza Sucks
We’ve ordered from Palace (tar junk hill location) basically every day for 6 months. I’ve gotten hair in my food with no apology. They told me to bring the hair back so they could identify the employee. � They’ve messed up our food multiple times but we kept going. Today, they turned down my order because they couldn’t make change for $100 bill. (At lunch time? Is business that bad?) We won’t be ordering here anymore. Very disappointed.
Extremely soggy crust, tasteless sauce....waited about an hour for a like warm pizza delivered from a place 5 min away!
Placed an order online received confirmation email, go to pick up and was told they did not have my order and that my order was placed on a third party site. Not possible it was done through their website and have ordered online many times before. DONT ORDER ONLINE!
I ordered at 7:30 and paid by card. Not only was my food NOT delivered, I was unable to even get ahold of anyone and now I'm out almost $30. Never will I ever order from this place again. Absolutely ridiculous. I want my money back if I'm not even going to get what I ordered.
We ordered from Allen st delivery and pizza was very oily only ate 2 slices and trash the rest
