I’ve lived at Palace Hotel Lofts going on 3 years and I love it! The location is great(being downtown means I’m close to so many cool places and restaurants within walking distance), the app we use for maintenance requests, paying rent, and other paperwork is super user friendly. The staff are great and responsive. The only issue (no ones fault) is that the walls are pretty thin and I can hear them pretty well.
