Though it was my first time meeting Dr. Palabrica, her clear competence, knowledgability and experience made me feel comfortable scheduling surgery with her. She had a very no-nonsense, direct-but-kind demeanor (which I appreciated) while also taking care to make sure all my questions were answered, and the potential procedures I was consulting her about thoroughly explained.
