Very reckless driver on the road. As a trailer you should absolutely not be merging quickly, no blinker, cutting off cars on the road. There is traffic on the road, if you are going to be impatient in that kind of automobile you should not be on the road at all.
Rude staff to our driver, Small height Hispanic person in office need to learn manners. Didn't listen to our driver first and kept telling him he's not going to load him. When he realized his mistake told our driver he don't have to listen to anyone. Wasted our 2 hours only if he had listen to our driver for 2 minutes. Also tried calling shipping department like 20 times without any answering.
