I've had nothing but pleasant experiences there, and have found them to be friendly and efficient. I obviously recommend them and hate to see the negative reviews.

Arrived at 1010am to pick up a package on Wednesday they were closed the sign said be back in 2 hour what kind of schedule is that. I drove 30 mins one way across town to pick this up and now i have to used another lunch break to do so

Do not bother if you can go anywhere else do it. The lady working when I went in was very rude.

The owner Ann Andres accepted my package from DHL. When I called to verify my package was there she denied it was. I opened a claim with DHL and they confirmed it was there. When I arrived to pick it up today she verbalized it would be a $10 fee for storage. And that if I did not pay she would return the package to DHL. I stated I called to verify it was there and I was told it was not. She started yelling "I don't care, I don't want to hear, pay or I'm sending it back!!" Lady wanted to charge me to tape up my prepaid FedEx shipment. It required a 2 foot strip of tape.
