I stopped in here after getting frustrated at a couple other stores. I was doing a return and the vendor told me to go somewhere else. That place was not able to help me so I found my way here. Carol assisted me and was amazing! She helped me print the label I needed printed and was super friendly and helpful. I’ll come here for all my shipping needs!

Great experience at this Pak Mail location in Lee Branch area. The owner provided great and friendly customer service. They also text you to let you know the package was delivered - which you don’t find anywhere else. Thank you!
fedex drop off was quick and easy
Don't waste your hard earn money at this place. They charge too much for UPS shipping, but package arrived at the destination damaged. There was no effort to help the customer from the store. I regret dealing with this crooked business, and should have gone to other places in the first place.
