Kenneth Pair is a truly harmful and incorrigible 'doctor' who deserves to have his license revoked. He single handedly caused nearly a decade of debilitating eye problems for me, eventually resulting in surgery to fix what he botched due to his gross medical negligence. This man does not listen to, care for, or actually treat his patients.
