Dr. Painter is an excellent dentist and is highly concerned with the welfare of his patients.
Dr Painter and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done painless and efficiently. Even his office staff are very thorough and informative. Excellent all the way around!
Dr. and staff top notch and very friendly. Pleasant experience. One issue is bathroom not handicap usable but Dr Painter assured me he will resolve that asap.
This is a great dental office and got my son in quickly after he chipped his tooth in half, even with all the COVID 19 madness. He made my 15 comfortable and at ease with the treatment and the tooth looks great!!
This is a very caring dentist (with humor) who really cares about his clients. He does explain beforehand what he is going to do and has a very competent staff. I have recommended him many times and everyone that has going to him continues. My family and I came to Fl 20 years ago and I had an emergency, was given his name, and he met me at his office on a Saturday (office was closed that day) and he opened his office to take care of me. What more could you ask for! This practice is great!
I had a poor incident scheduling a cleaning appointment and finding the office closed even though their business hours clearly state open. When complaining about this directly to the doctor (who admirablly gave me his cell phone to contact him directly in any circumstance), simply joked about it, When the cat's away, the mice will play. (Meaning him as the cat, I presume). I found this to be a disconcerting practice and am taking off three stars, though satisfied in the past.
I've been a patient at 1st City Dental for several years and have always received excellent customer service by the staff and excellent care by Dr. Painter and his team. When my job switched insurance carriers, i panicked because I did not want to find a different dentist after meeting the best one! Thankfully the insurance was still accepted and I remain a very satisfied customer! Dr Painter always takes the time to explain what's going on and is very gentle during all of his procedures.
