Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Without a doubt! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

We've been using Dr Painter as our family optometrist for years. He and his staff are always friendly and happy to help. He also fills the prescriptions for my son who goes to another ophthalmologist with no problems. Our entire family loves the Painter team!

I recently moved to Chicago and was looking around for an affordable optometrist (very hard to find, everything is so expensive here). I needed a copy of my previous prescription so I called up Mr. Painter's office to see if it was possible to get one. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They spent two days diligently looking for my records (my last visit was in Jan. of 2008!) and were able to fax them to me. If I did not reside out of state I would certainly visit them again.
