RecommendedCarmen is amazing !!!! Super light handed !!! Honest and truthful !!!! It’s been a year since I’ve gotten my tat and it’s hardly faded !!! Everyone said foot tats were horrid it was a piece of cake no breaks , didn’t hurt at all , I don’t know if it was just because of Carmen or my pain tolerance but she made me feel comfortable and was nothing but phenomenal!!!!
