Ryan, the service representative went out of his way in order to help me resolve the issue concerning my vehicle. Everyone has been professional and courteous during every visit, almost like a Family. I've been coming to Master Buick GMC at this location for six years and the service has always been consistently excellent. I would highly recommend Master GMC to other people in my circle.
Phillip and Ryan did an excellent job taking care of me. Yes it was frustrating that I had problem with my new truck, but they did everything to make it as painless as they could. Thanks guys....
I been looking for a new truck for a month and my brother said call Masters in Augusta (where he brought his truck from) and see if they can work you a deal and I'd be damned if they did. Soon as I got there everything was ready to go!!! I sat there and chewed the fat for about 30min and we was back in the road with a full tank!!!! And gave my brother a $50 referral. Caesar Isaza was my sales consultant and made it all happen!
Service center has free wifi, brewed coffee, and a charging station. ...I'm sure I'll have more to say after the appointment. As I am still waiting... the coffee is better than a drivethru, but nothing special. (Because the quality of coffee dwtrmines where to get your vehicle service?) As a smoker (yes, awful habit. Meh.) they have smoking gazebo around the side of the building. Fancy. This should be a great thing for non-smokers as well since you don't have to walk through a wall of smoke to get to the counter.
I came here to check out a truck that I had seen on the website posting. John Lokey was the representative that helped with everything. He was really cool, informative, and professional. He let me and my roommate take the vehicle for a ride out on the town to see how the truck really rode. I was rather shocked that we were allowed to do so without John having to ride along with us.
