great service guidance and advice. The team could very easily have done the required work and sent me on my way. Instead, he took additional measures to advise me that the work was risky to do in colder weather, and that I would be better to wait until a later time and warmer weather to significantly reduce the risk of the problem occurring again. I truly apppreciated his candidness and knowledge.

This is my 1st time buying a Buick. I must say, working with Master Buick and my salesman, Wade Howard, made the experience pleasurable and effortless. My overall experience of purchasing a 2015 GMC Aciada from Master Buick GMC Augusta was EXCELLENT due to the over-whelming excellent service I recieved from sales consultant Mr. William (Bill) Whitten. I took my 2012 Sierra in for a leveling kit to be installed, dropped it off at 8 am and Nick Faulkner promised that it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a call from Nick at 12:30 he said it was ready, I went to pick it up, they had washed my truck, cleaned and shined my wheels and tires. The 2" leveling kit looks and rides awesome!!!!I have oftened wondered why so many people recommended Master Buick GMC and now I see why, great service and great trucks and cars!!!
