I had given Beth the reasons of why I didn't like the last brow tint I got at a different spot in Chicago. She made sure that she kept what I wanted in mind and then even taught me how to use the highlighter, pencil, and brow gel to make them look even more amazing! Coming back for sure!

Fantastic salon, beautiful, super clean. Stephanie is meticulous and never misses a hair. The lidocaine drops really ease the Brazilian and are helpful for tweens just starting with hair removal. Even the receptionist is pleasant and professional. Great place.
I have never had a better waxing experience. Marta was precise, fast, and lovely. The best part? It was ACTUALLY painless. I'll never go anywhere else. Yay!

MATILDA, MATILDA, MATILDA!!!!!!! This was my first time getting anything waxed, LOL! Not only does Painless Waxing have a nice atmosphere & beautiful decor, they also have very nice/friendly staff. I just love this place! I've been going to Marta for my eyebrows for years so I was so excited when she opened this boutique and offered even more services. The staff is the best... friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They do the best eye brow waxes in the city (I've tried out MANY different places) and I also love their spray tans. Planning to get the eyelash extensions soon.
Candace was amazing for my wax and brow tint. I'm very happy with the service, the price and the facility.
