The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and cute. And I liked the FarmHouse Fresh products.
Yesterday was my first time coming here and my first time EVER getting a brazilian wax and I must say I will be returning! Megan is absolutely AMAZING and makes you feel so comfortable ! The customer service at Painless Waxing is great, the waxing service is always thorough and done without rushing. You always get a great wax and it really is less painful than other waxing I've had done at other places. I would recommend Matylda to anyone. She's really good.
I had never had a Brazilian wax before so I was really nervous. Aimee’s extensive knowledge about skin care and hair growth put me at ease - I was in the hands of a serious professional! I felt comfortable during the appointment and walked out feeling fabulous. I can’t wait to explore the other services and products they offer - I even made my next appointment with Aimee before I left!
