    Forever grateful for Dr. Lai and his team. It took 5 years and 10 doctors to not only get a diagnosis but to have a doctor look beyond the MRI. Since then, he has been my partner through this painful journey. I always feel supported and believed. He takes a genuine interest in me as a person, understanding I am more than just my pain, but also life impacts pain. PT Kristen is phenomenal. She truly listens and cares. The nurses and office staff treat everyone with respect, care, and concern.
