To over schedule patients to the point where you’re waiting over a hour and a half to be seen is ridiculous that’s just being money hungry to me every since they moved to the new location on McCain the staff has been all over the place very unorganized I was there at 10 left at 12 pitiful
Dr. Brown is a great physician. He listens to me. He takes the time to explain everything. He talks in terms I can understand. Great bedside manner. More Dr's should be so kind.
The staff in all departments of the North Little Rock office on McCain are friendly, professional, and caring. Rachel McCrary, APN, is friendly and engaging. She listens to concerns and symptoms and asks questions to help narrow down the root cause of the pain. Referrals, diagnostic tests, and procedures are scheduled in a timely manner.
