Sent an email asking for help in January; specifically stated it was urgent, I was losing strength / control of my dominant arm.. Couldn't call these jokers because I work during their hours. Never heard back, found a real professionals (thank you Men's Health, you're the best). And guess who calls me TODAY to schedule an appointment. 2.5 bloody months later?! REALLY?! get your shit together.
