Richard is awesome. He knows exactly where my knots are and gets them out. Sometimes it hurts a bit ( he knows this) but he just tells me to breath thru it and the after-effects are totally worth it.
I Absolutely recommend Pain Therapy Beginning with the very caring and competent office staff to Dr. Dachman, Rana and Michelle. They have always been able to help me. I am very grateful to all of them, and highly recommend their office.

been going here for almost 2 years....I have had days where I am in tears from pain and they find a way to get me in and see me that day. They make me feel as if they really care...someone finally hears me! amazing group...from the people who check you in right down to the doctors.
I couldn’t of asked for a better place to help manage my pain. The doctors and staff are wonderful. It’s like no place I have ever been. 5 plus star rating on a 5 star base. After 3yrs I can’t imagine any where better
I love the organization of the office and that everyone knows my care treatment the minute I walk out of the treatment room. I am impressed with their open communication with me in setting my treatment path. It reassures me and makes me feel comfortable.
I’ve been coming to these amazing Doctors, PA’s and staff for 7 years! I drive from Huntley and wouldn’t trade them for anything. Dr. Dachman was able to diagnose my auto-immune issue when Mayo Clinic missed it. Since then, I see Dr. Dachman, Dr. Dabah and my favorite PA of all time, Rana Amer! I have been working with Dr. Dabah since November 2017. He has done a fantastic job through pain management treatment and through assisting with a physical therapist who would be best for my situation and injury. He is fantastic with conversation and will put the most effort into starting a plan for recovery with you. Will continue to come see Dr. Dabah for a long time!
