Pain Specialist of Orange County is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Gerayli is condescending, rude, and arrogant. He accused me of being an opioid addict and a, “pill seeker “. He talked to me like I was a piece of dirt. He’s always running 30 to 45 minutes behind and the staff is totally incompetent. My advice is to stay away from this place!
RecommendedDr. Michael Shabazian is amazing. He is pleasant and has the ability to take away any fear of going to 'a doctor'. His staff is top-notch and the facility is beyond clean. The combination of doctor and his staff from the front of the office to the back is the best of the best. I highly recommend Pain Specialists to anyone and every one that has a problem and believe me, you will not be disappointed in booking a visit. Let me also include you do NOT have to wait an hour or more to see the doctor. They are always on time.
Dr. Shabazian is the best he has helped my back pain a lot. He is very attentive to your needs and concerns. Andrea is very helpful when I authorization was expired because of miss communication she called my insurance company and got it extended.

Very caring Dr. and staff. From the front office staff to all the nurses that assist Dr. Shabazian you’re the best! Gloria Dr. Shabazian’s assistant is extremely caring, helpful and compassionate to her patients. I’ve had several epidurals by Dr. Shabazian and none of them were uncomfortable. He walks you through the procedure step by step and is very calming and caring. Thank you Dr. Shabazian for your outstanding care!
